thing 16 wots in a wiki

OK, I know how truly nifty wikis are. It'd be great if LCPL could get through the County/DIT hurdles and have some of that functionality. Reader reviews/annotations on the catalog (gasp!), bookclubs, subject/research guides, community resources/information; egad, that'd be great. I think folks would like it. Some great ideas out there - I'll be returning to the best practices wiki. On to #17!
